AppMuse reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Services (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

8. Termination

You agree that AppMuse may, under certain circumstances and without prior notice, immediately terminate your AppMuse account and access to the Services.

The Services may provide, or third parties may provide, links to other World Wide Web sites or resources. Because AppMuse has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that AppMuse is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

You expressly understand and agree that your use of the Services is at your sole risk. The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

 11. Limitation of Liability

You expressly understand and agree that AppMuse shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if AppMuse has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the Services.

12. General Information

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AppMuse and govern your use of the Services, superseding any prior agreements between you and AppMuse.

 14. Governing Law

These Terms and the relationship between you and AppMuse shall be governed by the laws of Israel without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
